Processing Time Policy

Our goal is to process all orders placed before 3:00 pm EST same day. However, our normal processing time frame is 1-3 business days. (**Business Days are Monday-Friday***All orders placed over the weekend will not start processing until Monday**) 

Holiday Processing Time

Holidays are a special time of year and we want to ensure that you receive all orders on time. Please be sure to take note of these special guidelines.

• *Christmas-Place all orders before December 5th.**
• *Thanksgiving-Place all orders before November 5th.**

Processing time DOES NOT include shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will received your tracking number to the e-mail or cell phone number you provided during check out. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
