Most orders placed by 3:00pm are processed same day. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date. Business days are Money-Friday. Please see Processing Time Policy for more details.

Our shipping carriers is UPS. We offer FREE shipping on orders more than $65.00 and FLAT RATE shipping anywhere for $15.00

If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is paid.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at nmacrylics@gmail.com. In your e-mail please include your name, order number, the reason for return, and any applicable pictures. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will have 5 business days to take your package to UPS or USPS after a return shipping label is e-mailed to you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, plus a 10% restocking fee.The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. 

**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return.**
